Corban Nichols

Corban Nichols is Vice President of Restaurant Excellence at Piada Italian Street Food, where he leads learning and development, training, operations services, and new restaurant openings. Corban brings more than 26 years of experience in the restaurant industry, spanning operations, employee development, training, and organizational growth.

Since joining Piada in 2021, Corban has rebuilt the company's training and operational systems from the ground up while helping support a period in which the restaurant chain expanded its footprint by more than 60 percent. Before joining Piada, he spent a decade with Chipotle, where he led the rollout of new menu items, equipment, and digital platforms and played an important role in opening more than 300 restaurants.
